    • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Used, washed, or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
    • Products without original packaging.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

    3. Return Process

    • Step 2: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address.
    • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
    • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund/replacement within 5-7 business days.
